How do I personalise my brush?

On the product page, choose your lettering and type the name you would like. You will see a preview on the brush before you add it to your cart.

How long will my order take?

Every brush is engraved to order. Please allow 7–10 days for engraving and delivery.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only, at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my brush?

For hygiene reasons, and because each brush is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Please check your spelling carefully before ordering. If your brush arrives faulty, damaged or engraved incorrectly, contact us and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for details.

Can I order brushes for a bridal party or group?

Yes. Add each brush to your cart with its own name, or get in touch for larger orders.

I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. If engraving hasn't started, we will do our best to update it.
